Stress Management is the use of techniques and therapies to help reduce the impact that stress has on the emotional, physical and spiritual body. Stress management techniques can be applied to both acute and chronic stress presenting as symptoms of physical and emotional ailments. Stress management techniques include, but are not limited to: Mindfulness, Meditation, Somatic Therapy, Bodywork, Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Yoga, Breathwork, Psychotherapy etc.
