My counselling style includes talk-therapy, EFT (tapping), movement, breath, other specific exercises to sooth the nervous system and to find out why understanding your vagus nerve is so important, interactive drawing therapy, and other modalities to bring a holistic approach to your healing.

EFT (also called tapping as this is the action) is a great way to de-stress. It is scientifically proven to reduce the high emotion associated with traumatic events that may keep you stuck. Tapping and Talk Therapy work beautifully together to release fears, phobias, cravings, as well as lifelong limiting beliefs, that come from childhood and still feel very real.
