Story & Stone

My name is Amanda and I am the Founder of Story & Stone and a Holistic Practitioner. I have spent my whole adult life searching for the golden ticket to true happiness. I have spent years researching, learning and experimenting with what makes our lives fulfilling and meaningful, and the conclusion I have come to, is that true fulfilment comes from being in control of your story. To do that we need to knock down the old foundation that was built for us and build a supportive and strong foundation of beliefs and stories that allow us to be authentic, that complement who we are today.
