Founded in 2003 by Shelley McConaghy, Divine Balance represents her life’s passion—to help her clients see their light. Shelley has walked the fine line of balance between working too hard, and falling into a heap. From caring so much that anxiety creeps in, to building up walls to keep life out.

Shelley provided energy balancing sessions to her clients for many years, using all the tools she had gathered over many years of continuing study and learning. These included crystal healing, Usui Reiki, Polarity energy balancing techniques, and a weaving of knowledge gained through personal exploration of Theta Healing, Angel Intuitive, Ignite Your Spirit healing, Sacred Contracts, and much more. Plus many years in administration and project management, adult education, and technical writing.

When her partner Jason Engelbrecht arrived into her life in 2015, Shelley could see he possessed special gifts. Encouraging him to explore his connection with crystals, Shelley invited him to practice his healing work with her in Divine Balance.

It wasn’t long before Jason’s artwork also became evident in his creation of crystal wands, finding homes all over the world. It was clear that spirit was calling him forth as a Medicine Man and calling him by the name Kurradji. Jason’s own branding of Kurradji Dreaming was born, which is also the name given to their group healings. Jason works with crystals, sound medicine, and conduits hundreds of beings of light including Medicine People of the light and the true Custodians. He has the seer’s eye and provides fascinating insights for his clients as to what can be seen in their energy field.

Shelley and Jason saw their clients on Sydney’s northern beaches until 2019 when they decided to take their work on the road, visiting clients across New South Wales in their van. Until Covid hit.

They now prefer to see their clients online to stem their financial losses from the effects of lockdowns.
