I started Kaleidoscope to help those who struggle with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, fear and complex traumas connect the dots within their own healing process that goes beyond just talking.
As a creative art therapy practitioner and holistic counsellor, I strongly believe that the process of creating art can be a powerful tool for your self-discovery and healing.
In other words, I’m here to help you heal through art.

Everyone’s healing journey is unique– some might find more success with talk therapy, while others might prefer to use art as a therapeutic tool.
