Transpersonal Art Therapy has a holistic approach, focusing on the well-being of the body, mind, emotions and soul / spirit. It is an integrative therapy that unites both ancient and modern traditions, drawing from shamanism and psychology. The focus is on ‘healing’ rather than ‘curing’.

Transpersonal therapy generally aims to improve a person’s view of life, increase their self-confidence, help them heal from trauma, and encourage a positive relationship between body and mind to improve the overall quality of life.
