Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian whole-body massage. Using a combination of breathing and long sweeping strokes with hands, forearms, elbows, fingers, knees and stones. Unlike other forms of massage, traditional Lomi Lomi sessions begin with preparation in the form of meditation, prayer and breathing exercises. The overall aim is to open energetic pathways and eliminate the source of physical and mental ailments. Lomi Lomi can also assist with lowering blood pressure and improving circulation, flexibility and immune response.
