Soul Healing was founded on the belief that healing starts with you. Healing is found in everyday routines and rituals. It’s in the self-care practices that support your wellbeing, no matter how small or insignificant they may seem. It’s relating to yourself, your family, partners, friends, and community with compassion, while also maintaining boundaries that respect your time and energy and nurture a solid sense of self.

My role is to be a mentor, teacher, and to guide you. I am not here to heal you. I am here to hold a safe, supportive container that helps facilitate your own healing, growth, and self-discovery. I am here to offer the tools, practices, expertise, and support so that you can become resilient, embodied, calm, and find your true inner-self potential in this busy Universe around us.

From the first moment YOU enter my consulting room, I see YOU and so your light… My Mission is to show you, how unique You are and how you can embrace it deeply. And to understand how the everyday experiences affect and/or nurture your soul in silence.

Likewise, you will have the opportunity to book a 1:1 HEALING SESSION with me to bring your body, mind and spirit back into harmony.

Each one of my PIECES combines Crystal Vibrations & Reiki Energy with your intention to help, and assist you in achieving your desired outcome.

I absolutely love what I do and I’m incredibly passionate about sharing Healing Knowledge with the world. I believe we all have the power to heal ourselves, and I love seeing the light go on inside my students and clients when they realise their own amazing healing potential.
