I practice bespoke holistic health and nutrition coaching and specialise in functional gut health. We’ll work together through a combination of understanding your own unique bio-individuality, building healthy eating and lifestyle habits and honouring what is important to you.
Together we will create successful change through proven, science-based techniques that free you to improve health behaviours and find your authentic wellbeing. This may involve assisting you to individualise health protocols offered by your practitioner, coaching you to maintain progress, holding you accountable along your journey and holistically growing your mindset so that your true wellness potential becomes attainable.
I also teach mindful yoga, breathwork and mindful meditation practices to help people relax and find balance in the midst of busy lives. I focus on mind-body interactions and use mindfulness to improve body functioning, restore calm and assist with psychological challenges.
