I am a Kyela Sound Therapist (certified by the Australian College of Sound Therapy founded by Miranda Munro), Reiki practitioner (certified by the WA Reiki Association), and Mind & Body Eating Coach (Certified by The Institute for the Psychology of Eating founded by Mark David).

I founded Waves for Thriving to assist you shifting from surviving to thriving. By bring awareness to issues and beliefs that are holding you back you can regain clarity, vitality and power to become your best-self and create a fulfilling life.

Sound therapy

• to develop a empowered, healthy relationship with food and your body, focusing on body acceptance and setting you free from self-sabotage beliefs and undigested life experiences that prevent you from taking loving care of yourself and become your best self.

Coaching sessions are available in English and Portuguese
