Hi, I’m Teresa and I am a certified, professional Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner and certified Hypnotherapist. I am based in Northern New South Wales, Australia near Byron Bay. I work with clients world-wide online via zoom video call.

I am passionate about helping people to free themselves from the false beliefs they hold about who they are and what they are capable of creating in their life. We are all meant to thrive, to live a life well-lived. I see myself as a facilitator assisting individuals to let go of their limiting beliefs such as “I am not enough” or “I am not worthy” so that they can truly see and feel into who they really are and love themselves as they are.

I work with individuals 18 years and older, and I specialise in self-esteem and confidence.
