Welcome. My name is Eloise.

I consider myself a professional and dynamic Heart Centred Practitioner and Healer.

I am a sole practitioner of my business “Essence Within” where you can Reconnect, Re-align, Restore, Rejuvenate and Revitalise.

“Essence Within” offers a number of healing modalities including Deep Relaxation Massage for realignment of your Body, Rapid Transformational Therapy for the Mind and Energy Reset for the Spirit, in my Healing Hut, nestled in amongst nature in Kangaroo Valley, on the South Coast of NSW.

My passion is to assist clients to connect to their true essence of who they are and uplift, motivate and inspire them to let go of all that which no longer serves them and move forward towards an abundant, successful, loving and healthy life.

My many diverse skills, talents, work and life experiences has enabled me to encompass everything together to offer something truly unique and transformative for each individual client.

I believe we are always evolving each and every moment and therefore my sessions are also evolving along with my growth.
