People that carry trauma, or have Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism, HSP (Highly Sensitive Person), people that struggle to feel safe in their body or society, and those who have spiritual gifts.
I am a sensitive spiritually gifted person myself and my son is Autistic, so I have a lot of understanding, knowledge, compassion, and patience holding space for sensitive hearts. I will meet you where you are and go at a pace you are comfortable with.
