Mindfulness & Meditation
Mindfulness is the development of awareness of the present moment while acknowledging thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations, encouraging the capacity to heal. Meditation is focusing the mind on an object and helps us to become calm and relaxed. Meditation can involve specific topics such as joy, loving kindness, visualisations, mantras, breath awareness, body awareness, body relaxation among other things.
Exploring the deep by understanding what blocks our sense of empowerment, we can let go of our unwanted negative beliefs and behaviour patterns. We move towards the cultivation of confidence, strength and power, readying us to meet life fully, embracing who we are and how we want to show up in the world.
