Ullasa Therapy
Helping you create deeper and more harmonious relationships.
We can lose our way so easily in this fast paced, digital world. We can begin to feel disconnected from ourselves and our partner.
Ullasa – A Sanskrit word meaning bright, joy and pleasure. It is used to describe the pleasant feeling evoked by nature. That feeling of presence, of being and of connection, to nature and your own true nature. There is a peace and harmony in that space, in the witnessing of a sunset, the scent of a rose or sound of waves.
Relationships can be hard… whether you’re single, dating or attached. We feel like we should be able to figure out our relationship and intimacy issues on our own. The reality is most of us didn’t learn how to build healthy and harmonious relationships when we were younger. We often didn’t witness healthy relationships growing up and films and media may have left us with unrealistic or unhelpful romantic expectations. We can find ourselves stuck in these same painful and frustrating relationship cycles. Reaching out for support can change this.
Ullasa Therapy is here to support with traditional couples therapy, neurodivergent couples therapy, intimacy difficulties and shifting unhelpful patterns that get in the way of your search for love. Ullasa Therapy also supports clients in areas that can impact relationships, such as trauma, body image, anxiety, depression, grief & burn out.
