Hello beautiful people, I’m Teresa, SoulNar practitioner and healer. My passion is to facilitate healing through the age old methods of sound and energy work. I would be honoured to assist you through your healing journey.
In your SoulNar session I will work on clearing your energetic and emotional fields using breath work, sound instruments turned into healing frequencies and hands on energy work. I am also a reiki practitioner practising in Young NSW, Mona Vale and Avalon NSW.
