Maria Carr Counselling and Healing

Counselling provides you with the opportunity to talk about the uncomfortable, sensitive and difficult issues in your life. It is a space where you can reflect, find solutions and learn techniques or strategies to help you cope and manage your grief, anxiety and mental health. Maria is caring, empathetic and non judgemental and will work with you, by providing support tailored to each person’s unique situation, enabling acceptance, change and healing.

Maria Carr Counselling and Healing also offers Energy Healing. In a quiet and contemplative space Energy Healing through the use of Reiki and Seichem offers management of emotional and physical pain. Reiki Seichem heals the mind, body, spirit and emotions. Energy healing is a natural therapy that gently balances life energies and brings health and well being to the recipient. Energy Healing is excellent for healing any physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues of any kind and it gives wonderful results. Maria will tailor the way she works with each person she meets, enabling her to be an effective practitioner.

Holistic Counselling sessions are available. Maria is an integrative counsellor and healer, drawing upon a range of counselling theories and skills, as well as integrating energy healing in order to facilitate change and healing. One can choose counselling, healing or a combination of both.
