THINK-STRESS has developed a stress management education program suitable for just about anyone who wants to learn more about stress and how to manage it more effectively. The THINK-STRESS education program will help you understand what stress really is, and how your body typically responds to the stressors in your life. It also provides you with simple instructions on how to apply a three step process (with a few smaller steps in between!) to successfully take control of your body’s stress responses.
