🍃As we all experience burnt out and can become overwhelmed in life at times, we need to remember to put ourselves first, not always but sometimes it’s important to just stop, and breathe! This is a great reminder to always be kind to yourself, even in your thoughts……..and self care is so very, very important!

Nadine is very passionate about helping people. She works in an organic & holistic way in assisting people who have experienced trauma of any kind, emotionally/physically/mentally/or general day to day stresses who also find difficulty in slowing the mind. She has continued to expand her Mindfulness & Spiritual coaching business from home which she established in 2019. Here is a quick break down on what she offers;

🍃 ~ Quest to Heal ~ modalities include;
Access bars consciousness healing sessions (32 points gently touched on your head to assist in releasing built up trauma/blockages) brings you to a meditative & calming state
Healing techniques to assist in grounding/meditation/being present/connecting with the mind/body/soul sessions (1 hr)
Distant healing including written messages from your spirit guide (1 hr)

🍃1 Hour Sessions – $150

Nadine has an in-depth life portfolio of lived experiences with abundant knowledge gained through experiencing health problems/mental health/breakdowns/burnout and finding a way out utilising techniques of mindfulness & spiritual practices.
Nadine’s working background is in Investigation/Specialist Child Interviewing and through all of this she experienced many traumas/PTSD/stress. With this abundance of life and lived experience she has drawn strength in finding solutions and positive pathways in holding the knowledge of the importance of self care, when sometimes, you feel like you’re drowning in burden/negativity, there is always a tool or technique to help you overcome, grow & nourish your soul.
