Hi, I’m Natalie.

As a registered counsellor, specialist mindfulness and meditation practitioner, I understand the transformative power of integrating evidence-based strategies with embodied wisdom practices to create a life filled with meaning, purpose, and productivity.

I’ve navigated my way through several personal challenges and have experienced the pain of suffering, feeling stuck, and overwhelmed. I know how stress can manifest in the body and its physical effects such as low energy, disrupted sleep, headaches, digestive issues, chronic pain conditions and heightened anxiety. Stress can also increase our tendency to procrastinate and make excuses for our behaviour.

Life doesn’t have to be as chaotic as we make it out to be.

My own struggles led me to meditation more than 25 years ago. After years of practice with various teachers and groups, meditation has profoundly, and positively, impacted my personal, professional, and parenting life. Now, having completed my formal counselling, mindfulness, and meditation studies, my mission is to share my insights to help you save time, and potentially alleviate some of your suffering, so you can live a life that you LOVE.

I use a variety of evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, emotional focussed therapy, meditation, and person-centred therapy, to help clients harness their strengths and overcome challenges.
